note a non-refundable deposit along with the signed booking form is required
within 5 days to confirm your booking. Our bank account details for deposit and

50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your total is
due 7 days prior to event.
If an invoice has not been paid in full by the due date (which is the date of delivery), items will not be delivered.
Terms and Conditions
All hired goods supplied remain the property of Hayley and Co.
If the Hirer is not an individual, the person hiring or company who signs/pays this invoice on behalf of the Hirer warrants that he or she has authority to bind the Hirer and will, in any event, be personally liable for all the Hirer’s obligations.
All hire items are NOT to be left out in wet or windy weather or extreme heat. Any weather damage resulting in rust, staining or swelling to materials, the Client will be charged the cleaning, repair or replacement cost – depending on severity.
Hire is for 3 consecutive days, under the understanding that items are used for 1 day only. The hire length period is to allow for delivery, use and pick-up.

In the event of any damage to the items, the Client will be charged the full replacement cost (including shipping if applicable). Any lost or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost to the client.
The Hirer agrees to pay a damage waiver to the Owner to cover any costs associated with any accidental damage to a particular item of Equipment, provided that the replacement cost And/or the cost of repairs to any Equipment which was damaged does not exceed 10% of the hiring fee for the particular item of Equipment. If the damage exceeds 10% of the hiring fee for the particular item of Equipment, then clause 7 shall apply. The damage waiver does not apply to or cover any other damage to or loss of Equipment including, without limitation: (a) damage resulting from overloading, exceeding rated capacity, misuse, abuse or improper servicing of Equipment; (b) damage or loss due to disappearance of the Equipment; (c) damage caused by the use or operation of Equipment in contravention of any of these Terms; and (d) damage to, or loss of, the Equipment from any unknown cause.
